Check-in is from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Should you require check-in at another time, earlier or later, we will try to accomodate you with prior notice. Should you arrive early and your room is not yet available, we invite you to enjoy refreshments in our lounge while you wait. Check-out is at 10am. We offer late check-out on Sundays upon request.
If you would like to cancel your reservation without a charge, you may do so within 14 days of the check-in date. Cancellations made inside of 14 days will result in a charge to the card used to make the reservation. However, if a cancellation is made within 14 days of the check-in date, a voucher in the same amount that was charged to your credit card will be mailed to the address given. This voucher is valid only at Kilmarnock Inn within one year of the cancelled check-in date. All cancellations within 24 hours of the specified check-in time and date are considered "no shows" and will be charged the full amount to the credit card on file.
