At the Kilmarnock Inn, it is important to us that our website is accessible and easy to use for all persons with disabilities. When creating our website, we are working to identify web accessibility standards as outlined by the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA).
While the industry is not operating from approved, regulated legislation, The Kilmarnock Inn is committed to our good faith effort to follow the guidelines available. If you have questions, concerns or have discovered an accessibility issue on our site, please contact us by emailing to innkeeper@kilmarnockinn.com. Be sure to include specifics and any page where an issue has occurred. We will make every reasonable effort to make the page accessible for you.
We invite you to relax and enjoy the beautiful courtyard as you sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from your own private deck or balcony. Kilmarnock Inn's personal approach to your memorable stay starts with our warm service and attention to detail. During your stay, you can relax and enjoy all that the Northern Neck has to offer, starting with luxurious accommodations, a southern gourmet breakfast, and a variety of amenities. We are sure you will fall in love with the Inn, with Kilmarnock, and with our special lifestyle in the Northern Neck.
Walk through the front doors of the Wilson House, built circa 1884, Kilmarnock Inn's main house, and be greeted like a dignitary! You will first see a replica of the presidential seal rug, the same as in the Oval Office of the White House. The presidential theme is carried throughout the main house and into the cottages; and although you will receive presidential treatment, we will also make sure you feel welcome and at home. Read an article written about us in the Washington Post.
We can arrange unforgettable day trips, such as flying above the Chesapeake Bay, taking a tour of the Northern Neck Wine Trail, sailing, power boating, kayaking, and fishing on the Rappahannock River. Take a scenic drive to Belle Isle state park or Hughlett Point Natural Area Preserve, even let Kilmarnock Inn pack a picnic lunch for you to enjoy while you take in all the beautiful, natural sights.
Return to the Inn for an afternoon cocktail, a peaceful nap or enjoy a few hours of shopping on Main Street before dining at Filibusters at the Kilmarnock Inn. We have a full bar, 14 Points Lounge, where you can enjoy local wines by Goodluck Cellars, located just down the road from the Kilmarnock Inn. Kilmarnock Inn can customize your visit with special options and packages. We will do everything we can to accommodate you and make your stay relaxing and memorable. At the Kilmarnock Inn, we are more than a hotel; we are a Bed and Breakfast.
